Ordering

Once you have found the product you want to order, click on the price under the quantity you need. The product will then be added to your basket and you can add further items if you require them. Once you have selected all the items you need, just click checkout. All of our prices include delivery and no other charges will be added - what you see is what you pay. You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been processed.

Payment

To make a purchase on our website, simple select the product, paper finish and then the size and quantity from the homepage. You add to the shopping basket, by clicking on the appropriate price. You can see your shopping basket total on the top-right of the website.

To checkout, click on the basket summary on the top-right, you will see a breakdown of your order, once your happy, click on the Buy Now button, found underneath your order total.

You will be redirected to PayPal to make a secure payment. Please note you don't need to have a PayPal account to make your order. Once you have made your payment, you will receive a receipt from PayPal and an order confirmation from Element Print. If you don't receive any of these emails, be sure to check your SPAM folder.

Supplying artwork

• We accept artwork as a print ready PDF or 300dpi JPEG
• All files must be supplied in the CMYK colour mode
• In PDFs, all fonts must be converted to outlines/paths
• All images/photos used in your artwork should be at 300dpi
• Page sizes are given on the product pages
• A bleed of 2mm must be added to your artwork

Delivery

Your order will be delivered to you straight from the production centre in Europe. All our products are delivered by UPS and you will be able to track your order once it has been despatched.
